This privacy policy explains how the internal publishing tool for The Human After AI handles TikTok account data when using TikTok's official APIs.
The app is used only to upload short-form videos created by The Human After AI to the TikTok account controlled by the channel owner. It is not a public consumer service and is not used to collect data from third-party users.
When the channel owner authorizes the app through TikTok, the app may receive OAuth tokens and basic account authorization information needed to upload videos through TikTok's Content Posting API. The app does not request access to private messages, contacts, payment information, or unrelated account data.
OAuth tokens are used only to authenticate requests to TikTok's official API for uploading draft/inbox videos and checking upload status. Uploaded video files, captions, and related publishing metadata are created and managed by The Human After AI.
OAuth credentials are stored locally in a restricted secrets directory on the channel owner's machine. Credentials are not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. Access is limited to the operator of The Human After AI publishing workflow.
The app shares video content and required publishing metadata with TikTok only when the operator initiates an upload through TikTok's official API. No personal data is sold or shared for advertising.
The channel owner may revoke app access in TikTok account settings at any time. Locally stored OAuth tokens can be deleted by removing the local token file used by the publishing workflow.
For privacy questions about this publishing workflow, contact the operator of The Human After AI channel.
This policy may be updated as the publishing workflow changes. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
